PLEASE ALLOW 48 business hours for a reply. I am in clinic Tues, Thurs, Fri & Saturday 9am to 5pm. Messages & requests for medication refills outside these hours will be processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Feel free to review the office policy in your portal.
***Empowered Health Corp is a private pay primary care medical practice (Traditional Medicare & Regence patients still accepted - NO Med Advantage plans). We do offer a superbill which allows you to send a claim to your insurance and request reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and you are still responsible for payment at time of services.
